As a first time client you receive an extended training session on your first visit so we can take vital measurements and perform a fitness analysis to monitor your progression – this is repeated every 6-8 weeks.

We offer a broad range of training options to suit your lifestyle and budget.

We offer dietary guidance and the option to take home a unique fitness program to ensure you keep the momentum going until your next session.

Our training sessions are personalised to suit you. We incorporate various strength, cardio, boxing and kickboxing elements in your session so no two are ever the same!

We provide the option for you to train alone or bring along your friends to exercise together!
